1. Agreement
By creating a Maximum account or using the Maximum application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Maximum provides AI-assisted aesthetic analysis, personalized recommendations, and asynchronous guidance from a non-clinical care team. Maximum is not a medical service, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, or surgical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before acting on any recommendation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Annual subscription & billing
- Maximum is sold as an annual subscription. The full annual fee is charged at the start of each subscription term.
- Your subscription auto-renews on the anniversary of your start date unless you cancel before that date.
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term — you keep access until that date.
- Annual fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or as expressly offered in a written satisfaction guarantee at purchase.
- Prices may change for future renewal terms. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any renewal at a new price.
- Taxes may be added based on your billing location.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the photos and information you upload. You grant Maximum a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your photos to train AI models — see our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
- Only upload photos of yourself, with your own consent.
- Do not upload photos of minors, photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
7. Care team communication
Messages with the care team are typically replied to within 1–2 business days. The care team does not provide emergency or urgent medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aesthetic outcomes vary; we do not guarantee any specific result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximum's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
